Objective: 

Course Objectives : This course enables students to:

1. Understand and analyze elementary structures of grammar and “Wortschatz”.

2. Develop writing skills in students as to how to describe things and persons they come  across at different occasions in daily life.

3. Create composition on general topics.

The course is in line with Common European Framework  of  Reference Level A 1.

 

Course Outcomes: 

CO1- Construct sentences in German: Affirmative, Negative and Interrogative and ‘Imperative’ as well. Write Composition , Do Translation & Text Comprehension

CO2- Construct “Negative Sentences” in German & know the usage of “Possessivartikel”. Write Composition , Do Translation & Text Comprehension

CO3- Analyze and apply the usage of Verbs which take Accusative (Akkusativ). Write Composition , Do Translation & Text Comprehension

CO4- Analyze the usage of „Trennbare Verben“ and „Modalverben“.Write Composition , Do Translation & Text Comprehension

CO5-Analyze the usage   of

„Demonstrativpronomen“,   Indefinitpronomen“,

„Ortsangaben“. Write Composition , Do Translation & Text Comprehension

  CO6-Contribute effectively in course specific interaction.
