Objective: 

 In this course the students get acquainted with the methods of Foreign Language Teaching as well as with the trends in the contemporary Didactics, with various pragmatic and psychological aspects of Foreign Language Learning. This part deals with the didactic and methodological aspects of the major areas of Foreign Language Teaching like vocabulary, phonetics and orthography. Lesson observations, analysis of textbooks of German as a Foreign Language lead the students to get new insights into the teaching practice.
