Objective: 

Course Objectives : This course enables students to:

1. Get acquainted with greeting forms and learn as to how to introduce oneself and others in German.

2. Learn to express how to enquire about one’s well-being and also express the day to day activities in German.

The course is in line with Common European Framework  of  Reference Level A 1.

 

Course Outcomes: 

CO 7-Introduce oneself as well as enquire from others about the same.

CO 8- Describe various objects as well as enquire and find out their price in German.

CO 9- Talk about one’s eating habits: what one may like to eat and drink, how to place order for something and make payment in a restaurant.

   CO 10- Create expressions in order to talk about one’s free time activities and         hobbies.

   CO11 - Describe/explain various types of abilities and create expressions as to show   what one is able to do.

   CO12:    Contribute effectively in course- specific interaction.
