This event Kino Vorstellung (Film Show) was organized by German Department on the occasion of Meraki IISU Literature Festival 2024.

 Name of the Film : Das Brot (A Film based on the short story written by Wolfgang Borchert)

Activity : Interpretation of the Film by different teams of students and thereafter presentation of the same

No. of Participants: 8

Objective of the event Kino Vorstellung:  Students should watch the film and try to understand its content. They should also be able to find out the main features and characters of the film. Thirdly they should also try to get to know the background in which this film’s story has been set. And above all they should be able to express the whole matter in proper German.

The students from different levels of UG courses of the German Department  participated in the event. Dr. Prachi Goswami , HoD coordinated the event. Dr. Prachi Goswami and J.P. Karna presided over the session as judges.
